This page outlines important legal information regarding the use of the PaceOn Coaching website, store, and services. By accessing our website, purchasing from our store, or engaging our coaching services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Business Information
Trading Name: PaceOn Coaching
Legal Entity: L.E COOK & J GHOSH
ABN: 97 486 449 730
Contact: coaching@paceon.com.au
Location: Perth, Western Australia
Store: Shipping & Returns
Shipping
$9.50 flat-rate shipping Australia-wide — free for orders over $150. In-stock orders are posted within 2 business days, and you'll receive tracking by email the day your order ships. Preorders dispatch on the estimated date shown on the product (see below). We don't currently ship outside Australia.
Preorders
Preorders take a 50% deposit at checkout; the balance plus shipping is charged to your saved card when your order is dispatched, and we email you before and after. Dispatch dates shown on preorder items are our best estimate — if a date moves materially, we'll tell you, and you can cancel any preorder for a full deposit refund any time before dispatch.
Returns & refunds
Changed your mind? Return any unworn item with its tags within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price — return postage is at your cost. If something's faulty or not as described, our products come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded: we'll replace or refund, including postage.
Expressions of interest
Registering interest costs nothing and commits you to nothing — we take no payment and reserve no stock. If a product goes into production, you'll be emailed first.
